With stylish design, the Tribest HU1020 will add a touch of class to any room. It features the latest in LED technology, and comes with 3 shades of red, blue and green to produce a soft light that periodically changes color. It holds up to 0.5 gallons of water, and produces a soft cool mist. The aroma oil compartment will further enhance the relaxing ambience provided by this unit.
The ultrasound technology raises humidity levels to eliminate conditions such as dry, cracked skin, sinus problems and congestion. This humidifier will run constantly for 10 hours without the need to re-fill. And since the Humio 2 doesn’t use any more electric than the average light bulb, this makes it one of the most energy efficient humidifiers on the market.

What We Didn't Like
- Small Tank
Since the unit only has a 0.5 gallon tank, it will need to be refilled regularly, especially if it’s used in a bedroom all night. - Cheap Feel
The reservoir itself is made from plastic, as is the base of the unit. The tank doesn’t have any handles and feels like it would break easily. However, since design has been thought about, the overall look is aesthetically pleasing.
Conclusion
There are other products similar to the HU1020 on the market that are cheaper. For example the SPT SU-2550B (see here at Amazon) also doubles as a night light, and costs almost half. However, features such as changing LED, the ability to add essential oils and energy efficiency go well in Tribest’s favor. If you’re looking for better air quality and a certain ambience in any room in the home, the Tribest HU1020 is a good buy.
