The Holmes Desktop Heater is a good little heater for smaller spaces that need extra heat. A lot of people worry about having a heater on the floor or table when there are kids around, but in this case it does't matter if there are kids or pets around because it has a tip over auto shut-off feature.

The carrying handle is nice because it can easily be moved from room to room if needed. Also, you can use the heater all year around, for heat in the winter and a small breeze in the summer with the fan only function.

What We Liked

  If you want to use the heater in the summer as a fan, no problem. You can use the fan setting without any heat for a nice portable fan.
• Tip over auto shut off
  If your heater accidentally gets tipped over and you aren't home, the heater will shut off, preventing a fire from breaking out.

What We Didn't Like

• Plastic
  Plastic can break easily if the heater is dropped. Plastic also melts, so don't place it near your main heating source.
